Silica Dimethyl Silylate (often referred to as Silica Dimethyl Silicate) is a hydrophobic fumed silica surface-treated with dimethyl groups.
It is widely used as a rheology modifier, thickener, and suspending agent for silicone oils, esters, and hydrocarbon-based systems.

This ingredient creates clear to translucent gels, improves oil viscosity, prevents settling of pigments or actives, and delivers a dry, silky, non-greasy sensory feel.
Ideal for anhydrous gels, silicone serums, makeup, and sunscreens.
